The Mindful Mind


In The Mindful Mind Section, we teach how to adopt a "present moment" mindset and what that looks like in day-to-day living. We have lectures that discuss how to reframe language and thoughts around mindfulness and the most effective way to shift your personal reality through reframing the mind.

The Mindful Body


The Mindful Body Section focuses on how to observe the physical connection to the body through breathwork, movement, & eating. Our yoga expert walks you through simple relaxation exercises & our Ayurveda Consultant teaches you how to be mindful in planning, prepping & eating your meals.

The Mindful Soul


The Mindful Body section of this course brings awareness to mindfulness in spiritual practices and relationships through meditation techniques, intuition exercises, and conscious communication tactics used for problem solving and de-escalation. We also offr bonus guided meditations for this section.
